The Need-to-Know on Returns
- ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN TEN (10) CALENDAR DAYS OF PURCHASE
- ALL RETURNS REQUIRE CUSTOMER NAME AND CONTACT EMAIL OR CELL# ENTERED INTO OUR POS
- MUST HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT ITEMS FOR FULL REFUND
- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO ORIGINAL STORE
- FIVE (5) ITEM LIMIT PER RECEIPT WHEN DOING A RETURN
- MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION • UNUSED • UNWASHED WITH ORIGINAL TAG STILL ATTACHED
- REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT
- WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT PRESENT WE CAN ISSUE A GIFT CARD IN THE LIKE AMOUNT
- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT OR REFUSE ANY REFUND
- NO ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED IF A TAX EXEMPT# WAS USED TO PURCHASE OR TO RESELLERS
How to Make a Return (It's Super Simple!)
1️⃣ Bring it in! Head to the nearest DFWh store.
2️⃣ New Holiday Rules! Make sure your item is in returnable condition.
3️⃣ Get your refund! If you paid with a card the refund will go back to that card. If you don't have the original payment form, we will issue you a gift card in like amount!
